Cute.
Very cute flash file. The animation is very smooth, though can be faster. The song was fitting, and I did like where the vocalist sang "Oh, oh, oooh," while the file shot at the 0 votes.

It's very good.
Taking only a week to create, the animation looks pretty good. Your style of anime is good. However, would you consider remaking this into a full-on animation? If your anime style and your animation skills have improved, then this could become an even greater historic piece.
"Considering that it is a very early animation from 2000, understanding the power of programs at the time and yada-yada, I like the animation. And for what it's worth, it gave me a tongue-in-cheek feeling.
As for everyone else, for these historic animations, consider how old they are and when they were created. This animation is 8 years old since accepted onto Newgrounds (Tom filtered through the portal during that time, it wasn't automated), so before you automatically blam it because the animatons are a lot better nowadays, consider the age of the piece, what was considered quality work back in 2000, and what was considered funny at the time."

I like it.

Hmm...
Times my review by 1,000+. =)
The song is catchy. I do like how you repeated Veg's animation over and over again to fit with the repetitiveness of the song. Some of it, I didn't understand. The choppy animation, I THINK I understood.
Awesome.
This is why it is awesome. Totally humorous, totally true (in a ridiculous sense), totally epic. You are amazing!
I've watched this many times now, laughing each time at some part. The tutorial level part, the female ninja part, the strategy guide part, and the s-l-o-w turn of the ninja's head giving a creepy sensation.
Awesome. (I don't know what I just rambled on about, but good job!)
Dude!
Your animation and humor is similar to that of Egoraptor when portrayed in the Awesome Series. Why don't you take a crack at his style for the Super Smash Bros. Brawl game? It may actually turn out well. Just an idea, seeing that many artists like to "imitate" him and fail miserably.
As for your flash itself, watching it several times has not changed my opinion on it, as well as any of your other flash videos; It is still hilarious. I was laughing my ass off through the entire piece.
